REFUND POLICY
We do our best to ensure all our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Icon Sports. From time to time you may need to return an item. Simply e-mail us at (cv@icon-sports.com.au) quoting your Website Order Number and the reason for you request and we will process the request within 48 hours.
You have the right to cancel your purchase from the point of payment up to order confirmation. This applies to all our products. With the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery). We may allow the exchange of teamwear items at our discretion but will NOT OFFER REFUNDS under any circumstances.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to follow this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods.
Once you have cancelled your contract, please pack the relevant item securely. Remember to enclose your Returns Form and send the item(s) back to us as soon as possible. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty, then it is our duty.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. In any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
